Son Rock Kids Camp was a great time! We had over 40 children participate in our VBS the week of June 22.  The week focused on the life of the Apostle Peter, how Jesus took him from being a fisherman to a fisher of men. The children learned how much Jesus Christ loves them, is willing to forgive them and desires to be a part of their everyday life.  4 children made their decision to ask Jesus to be their Savior during the week.  Muchas Gracias to Jayna, Kristi and the whole VBS staff for loving kids and makig it such a fun week!

The Frazzled Female is a thought provoking, yet light-hearted study that helps women discover practical, Biblical help to confront issues that might leave them discouraged. It helps to develop Biblical skills to handle stressful situations; grow in their relationship with Jesus; and experience peace, joy and a saner lifestyle.  Study starts June 18 at 9 a.m. (with childcare available) or 6:45 p.m. (no childcare). 

Ben Shive will be in concert at SBCC on Friday, July 31st.  Ben's new cd, The Ill-Tempered Klavier was voted one of the Top 10 new albums by Christianity Today earlier this year.  Ben and his friend Eric will           present a night you won't want to miss.  Tickets are $5 in advance, $7.50 at the door.  17 & under admitted free with parent/adult ticket.  Doors open at 6:30.

MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) is coming to StoneBridge in September.  MOPS is a great place for moms with little ones to meet other moms, encourage each other and simply enjoy being a mom, who is loved by God!  MOPPETS is a great time for your kids where they are cared for by trained workers who love Jesus and love being with your son or daughter.  Registration is now open for moms to start receiving helpful resources.

SBCC moved into 201 Meriwether Lewis Dr, located along Highway N in Dardenne Prairie on March 2nd, 2008. The next week 44 adults were recognized as the first members of SBCC. Since then the Lord continues to lead & guide us.  On June 28, 2009 nine people gave their stories of their trust in Jesus and were baptized as followers of Him.  Whether you're looking for a place that emphasizes God's grace and forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ, or simply seeking to know if God is relevant to your life, join us this Sunday! Click on the picture to the left for directions.
