We aim to provide affordable event space rentals for individuals, organizations, and community groups. Rates and availability vary based on space usage, time, and equipment needs. Discounts are available for recurring/monthly use, and for SBCC church partners. Our church offers versatile, well-equipped spaces available to rent for parties, classes, meetings, workshops, and community programs. Whether you’re hosting a small group or a larger event, we have flexible options to meet your needs.

Available Spaces:

• Auditorium: Our sanctuary is ideal for larger gatherings such as presentations, performances, ceremonies, workshops, seminars, and community events. The space comfortably seats up to 150 people and can be arranged to fit your event layout. Audio and visual equipment are available (Mac computer, projectors, sound & mics). 
• Classrooms (5 available): Our classrooms are perfect for classes, meetings, tutoring sessions, small group workshops, remote work, and training programs. These spaces provide a quiet, comfortable setting for focused activities.
• Nursery: A dedicated nursery space is available and works well for events that include children or childcare needs.
• Kitchen Access: Kitchen use is available for events that include food, refreshments, or catering, making it easy to host birthday parties, receptions, or multi-hour programs. We have a full oven/stove, refrigerator, separate ice maker, and dishwasher.
