Have you heard of Carolyn Kindle?

Did you watch history being made on Saturday night? St. Louis soccer returned to downtown. Over 22,000 fans packed the brand new stadium. Not sure how many thousands more watched on tv at home or in bars & pubs across the region. This was a big deal for St. Louis.
 
Carolyn Kindle, well she's been the face of the team since MLS announced the expansion. In 2019 she and other leaders set about the task of bringing professional soccer back. They did it. The ripple affect the team will have on the local economy is amazing. Millions are projected.New housing is going up. Existing restaurants and new ones are spending a lot of money to capture the dollars from fans. All because someone had a dream.
 
Pastor Dair reminded us Sunday, one person with passion who cares for others and seeks God will make a difference. You might not revitalize a city like Nehemiah, or for that matter Ms. Kindle, but you will make a difference to someone. God works through those who want to make the lives of others a little bit better. A little brighter.

By God's goodness StoneBridge is continuing to encourage people to grow in their walk with Jesus. Because 15 years ago some humble people from Grace Chapel stepped out to see what God might do through them.
